Rules and Regulations
Dear Guest,
At Barut Hemera, your comfort, safety, and the peaceful holiday experience of all our guests are our top priorities. For this reason, it is important that the following rules are read carefully and followed. Otherwise, the hotel management reserves the right to take necessary actions, including terminating the accommodation.
General Safety and Comfort Rules
Child Safety:
For the safety of our child guests, they should not be left alone on balconies, and they should not climb on the furniture in the room. Additionally, children must be accompanied by an adult in areas such as staircases and similar spaces.
Clothing and Hygiene Rules:
To maintain a comfortable and hygienic environment, entering food and beverage areas without shoes is not allowed.
It is not permitted to enter our restaurants wearing only swimwear; at minimum, a t-shirt or appropriate top must be worn.
Room Usage:
Rooms are for accommodation purposes only. All guests staying in the room must be registered at the reception.
For security reasons, unregistered persons are not allowed into the rooms or other hotel areas. Otherwise, the stay of such persons will not be accepted, and an extra fee per person will be charged to the account of the registered guest.
Smoking Policy:
Barut Hemera is a non-smoking facility in all common areas. Special smoking areas are designated for our guests who smoke.
Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
Noise and Behavior Rules:
It is forbidden to speak loudly, play music, or behave in a way that disturbs other guests inside the hotel. The right of every guest to stay in a quiet and peaceful environment must be respected.
Disturbing or inappropriate behavior towards other guests will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Personal Belongings and Safety:
Guests are responsible for the protection of their own personal belongings. The hotel management cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen items.
It is strongly advised to store your valuables in the safe located in your room. Otherwise, the hotel will not be responsible for any losses that may occur.
Accidents and Injuries:
Barut Hemera cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond the direct control of the hotel.
Environmental Cleanliness and Waste Management:
Throwing any items, garbage, or similar waste from windows or balconies is strictly prohibited.
Recycling bins for paper, glass, plastic, and metal are available throughout the hotel. Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins.
Laser and Similar Devices:
For safety and comfort reasons, the use of laser light sources or similar distracting devices is not allowed within the hotel.
Pets:
Barut Hemera accepts pets in a limited number of designated rooms.
The above rules have been established to ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable holiday for all our guests. We kindly request all our guests to comply with these rules carefully.
